Service Description

During this five week class we will we be focusing on how to build a positive and balanced relationship between handler and dog. We will give you the skills to teach your dog all the basic commands and how to be a well mannered member of the family. We focus on helping you be the best handler you can be while communicating clearly and understanding how your dog learns. Your dog will see value in engaging with you rather then getting distracted by the things in the environment. In this class we will cover: Engagement skills, name recognition, sit, down, wait at doorways, meet and greet manners, accepting handling, sit/stay, down/stay, come when called, stand, loose leash walking, go to your place/bed, heel position, and more! We welcome all family members to attend. ​This class is for dogs 4 months of age and older. Please bring: ~ A hungry and motivated dog! ~ A six foot leash (no chains or flexi leads please) ~ Plenty of tasty treats that are soft and easy to break up, and a toy. ~ Water dish and some water for your dog Please Note: This class will take place outdoors so please come dressed according to the weather. Closer to the start date you will receive an email with some details and a pin to the exact location. Cost: $210.00 includes GST Please Note: This is a five week class and there will be NO CLASS on Monday July 3rd. The last class will be on July 17th.
